thats toast....make sure you wash hands before touching any other plants...if thats a indoor grow get some hand sanitizer and use every time you touch rot and handle another plat...or you just spread it

YOu could douse it with fungicide or chop it and salvage

If I'm not mistaken, can't you use that bud to make a concentrate like bho? As long as it's dried seperately from the rest. I may be wrong, any experts?

All the mold spores would still be in it. Ive read there is some way to strain the spores out with a low micron syringe but it sounds impractical.
