The first leaves don't always fall off so I usually call it when you get past the single leaf stage. Haven't got a pic but I will have in a few days hopefully :). I'll post it when I have one

Seedling stage lasts about two weeks from the first proper leaves appearing. Once you see new growth showing everyday is when I class them as vegging

Thx, it's one of those questions that I had a hard time finding an actual answer to online, so I figured someone here would know.

This might also interest you, 2 days ago, I got a lead on some good 18mm extraction tubes close to home. Depending on How my girls outside finish up, I might throw them all into my. First shot at extraction.

Why not!! I say Try everything and something's will stick some won't and then you'll have your method of growing

Ah she looks good. If I were you I'd add some perlite into that soil to add drainage. Soil is good but drainage is the key.

It's not soil, it's a soiless growing medium that greenhouses use. I have noticed the odd big piece like you see in the pic. It's not all like that though.
