Why Michael Brown beating the fuck out of the cop is relevant.

I feel in my gut, not know, that it likely played out like this..

Officer grabbed Mike's arm from inside his cruiser. Mike punched Darren in a successful attempt to get free. Mike then walked away, Darren gets out of the cruiser, seeing red from having his authority disrespected by a fist, draws and fires in anger.

one correction would be Mike ran away.

What if Michael's fingerprints are on the cops gun?

Lets see where we are at when the cop is seeing red...

Suspect has committed Felony strongarm robbery

Suspect has resisted arrest

Suspect has committed Felony assault on a police officer

There are others such as blocking traffic, etc..

The only question is whether Michael Brown charged the cop at the end of his life. I think Michael Brown woke up pissed off at the world. He went into a 7-11 and saw something he wanted and took it. When someone tried to stop him he intimidated and pushed them.

When the next person challenged Michael Brown he attacked that person who happened to be a cop. He slammed the door on the cop, he then slammed it again and punched the cop and tried to take his gun. During the struggle the gun went off and it just got real.

Him and his buddy run a short distance but they got a cop pointing a gun at them. Maybe a shot went off, maybe not, I dont know. Whichever happens they stop. Michael Brown is just pissed off at the world and this cop is in the way of him getting what he wants and he doesnt think the cop has the balls or the right to shoot him so he is going to take him down and then go home and smoke his blunts.

Mike shoved, punched, and attempted to take the officer's weapon. That is quite a bit more than "disrespect". That is an attack. The officer did not shoot Mike as he ran away. Maybe it was a warning shot, maybe just bad aim. This was proven by the autopsy. This also proved that the three witnesses lied. There has been an attempt to portray Mike as some sort of angel as in the claims of "Gentle Giant", "promising career as a college graduate", etc. He wasn't a "gentle giant", he was a thieving thug. He wasn't going to college in the fall, he was going to trial for previous crimes. Claims of "character assassination" are smoke and mirrors. Portraying him as something he was not is just lying. The world is better off with one less thug.

Anyone that has carried a sidearm will understand that strong side carry (right hip) prevents easy drawing of a handgun while seated in a cruiser. I doubt even officer Wilson drew while still seated, let alone a struggle over the weapon that would almost certainly required Mike to bend over and get his upper body/shoulder in the window opening.

Mighty big what if.
I heard that the cops have strong evidence that Michael Brown grabbed the gun. My obvious guess would be fingerprints.

We are going to find out eventually.

Somehow I am not allowed to speculate but London Fog can rest solidly on his eye witnesses.

How would you explain away that a shot was fired INSIDE the cruiser?

Are you trying to infer that Mike didn't punch the cop because he didn't break bones? Now you can attack my family and get this thread closed, too.
I'm not attacking your family . I'm attacking you. The thread was closed due to it should have not been put up in the first place. Can't have a thread with the sole purpose of hurting other members...again you are so dumb

Because the police wont release the evidence except to the grand jury and/or at trial. That is what they are legally supposed to do.

What is your problem with that?
the police can release what ever they want. If the evidence supported Wilson it would have already been released.

I'm asserting that the weapon was most likely drawn after officer Wilson exited the vehicle.

Well, this one is going to be easy to prove or disprove. If there is a bullet hole exiting the car then the gun went off in the car. If Michael Brown's fingerprints are on the gun then there was a struggle for the gun. There will not need to be any witness testimony needed for those details. If Michael Brown's fingerprints were not on the gun then why it went off in the car would be inconclusive given only that information.

I would be more concerned with gunpowder / burn residue on Mike that could indicate the closest distance at which a shot was fired at Mike.

If close, Mike could have been struggling for a weapon. If no evidence of close range shots then it looks pretty bad for Wilson.
