Since it is an indisputable fact that black youths commit far more violent crimes than white youths, I can understand how a police officer would be on high alert when confronting these people.

yes, because 1 out of every 400 black people has been arrested for a violent crime, we should definitely give greater scrutiny to the other 399 by default.

So here's a sociologist speech I heard an old black drunk guy give once when confronted with the apparent criminality of black culture

How pathetic, attack the messenger for presenting facts.
In my opinion, this is a crucial statistic in the Michael Brown shooting.
brown was caught on camera committing a strong arm robbery, odds are he attacked the police officer as well.
Especially if it is found true that he suffered an orbital fracture.
You lefties are sick in the head, circling your wagons around a thug is laughable.
