Being an adult and wanting to fuck a 15 year old, same sex or otherwise is not a pedophile.
Attraction to physically mature people is not unnatural. It is their emotional and mental immaturity that we as a society protect.
In a society that doesn't protect that and persons of younger ages regularly engage in sex there is nothing wrong with it in my view.
Different societies treat teenagers differently with regard to sexuality.
That being said, I know several people who have gone on sexual tourist trips.
Straight people do it, gay people do it. You're right, it isn't strictly a homosexual thing.
Yeah, they must be kissing their patients. Or perhaps the doctors don't really think ebola is that big of a deal, just a bad cold and are willing to forgo protection in order to feel more unconfined? Or perhaps gloves, full body suits, masks and washing the shit out of your hands all the time just really isn't being done correctly by these doctors and nurses? Or maybe, just maybe Ebola isn't so damn hard to catch after all? Ok, it is well known and not hard to find.

I'd speculate some, not all, went younger if they could.
