Hairs turning red

4th week of flowering under 1000 watt hps.. noticed some of the white hairs are turning a lil red.. I know they do towards the end but didn't know if they should this early.. first time grower.. any opinions appreciated thanks guys!!

Anytime man they look happy. nice first grow. most of the time the quicker they turn red the quicker they will be done for harvest my CBD skunk haze is a 10 week plant its usually always done around week 7 in flower. but letting it go longer yeilds better results i always go 1 week after trichs are cloudy (use a microscope or jewlers loop) just focus on some of the trichs and if they are turning cloudy let them go another week they should start turning amber and boom perfect harvest. i bought a cheap 5$ 100x microscope from amazon works good.
 
Mine looked like this after 1 night of 12/12. Every flower on the plant. This is 26 days into flowering. Is she sick?

Hairs are not an indicator of ripeness. Trichs are what you look at. I have some strains that have red hairs at 25-30 days but finish at 52-58 days.

Some strains take 7-8 weeks to finish, some take 14-18 weeks. Just because yours looks like that doesn't mean all should.

never heard of a strain going for 18 weeks anywho most i have seen is a ghost train that was flowered for 13 weeks trichs were amber as very chronic weed but as for 18weeks what dream did u see these plants grown ?

Thanks!! It was jus a lil auto flower.. personal and small jus like I like it... it's almost on its 8th week now.. bout to be done and looking amazing.. will update pics again and jus how much I got off this lil girl soon!!
 
Also I might mention I did no topping nor super cropping to it at all.. it looks like the pic above has at the least been a lil stress trained. . Which is why it's growing side ways or maybe u have ur light on the side instead of on top.. Although I admire u opinion I beg to differ on something being wrong..

Im growing a 12-16 week sativa right now and there are some 20 week phenos. Just keeping it real.

never let my sativas go any more then 12 weeks thats just me tho i am ambered up and ready to go by week 11 and i have some pretty pure strains
