Aircooled lamp is best option if all else fails, stretch is a waste of plant matter that could've been going into buds and reduces intensity from your lamp.

Topping for 4 colas takes 1 sec per plant unless you're completely retarded.

You can even use the tops as clones.

I posted a pic of the type of plants I grow, all bud, no stretch.

4 colas is the very least of what i would ever go for. even 6 seems skimpy.

get the right strain and just let it go crazy.

4 colas in a small space like a tent is better for a more even canopy, as they tend to grow roughly in the footprint of the pot whereas more colas tends to get too wide and then some of the main branches cover other branches.

When you get 4 buds the length of your arm per plant and virtually no waste (cept central stem and roots) from a 400w in a less than 1m2 tent you know you're doing it right.

you run 440? because all i did was pay a friendly electrician to put in 220. no problem here.

but good job on upgrading. i had my best harvest ever last month with 2+ pounds under 1200 watts.

just had my worst harvest ever this month with ~1.5 pounds out of 3200 watts. my friendly electrician was not available to turn my lights back on after a visit from a solar panel company for a week. that week of darkness mid flower really slowed things down.

I'd a few harvests fucked up cos it was so cold that when the lights went out it got to like -3C some nights.

I got black, purple and green plants tho, which for some reason counteracted the lower yield cos people wanted it more.

Idiots.

The black plant was bizarre, it was literally jet black but completely healthy.

still got paid and will get by but .21 g/w is pathetic. i did better on my first harvest and every one since. not too upset because i have what looks to be an even better run coming out of the same 1200 as last time.

but i do feel like less of a man.

We have 220 volt outlets for most major power appliances. We just dont feel the need to push enough power to electrocute a small baby or pet through the whole house

When you have your own house you can do fun shit. I have 220 wired for the lights I may never use again and 220 wired for my power saw in the garage. 220 for major appliances but all the branch circuits run 110. It is almost the same amount of power but you can push a lot more through 2 legs than 1.
