I'm gonna stick with all purpose for a couple more weeks in the carport, but I think they have switched to bloom out on the farm......that will be a great comparison JJ
question: my stuff just started flowering. I fed them Maxsea regular last week. Should I switch over to the bloom now, or mix it 50/50 reg/bloom?

When is the best time to switch to bloom nutrients jj ? Just as flower starts , just before u think its starting ? Or a couple weeks into flower? Other question would be if I am feeding nitrogen based ferts for veg should I only use water between then and changing to bloom ferts ? This is an area I think I need to get right

I'm still learning bro, I used to switch to bloom or a bloom/veg 50/50 as soon as I see first sign of flowers. However, the light dep grow has made me re-think that a little. The plants were given all purpose Maxsea for almost 1/2 way thru flowering, and I was more than impressed with the look/feel/smell of the flowers. So I'm giving my carport plants a few weeks more all purpose this season.

Thanks for the reply jj....I think if I only have the chance to do 2 cos of where I live I might try both ....bloom nutes at first sight of flower and the other if its going healthy bloom nutes not till I think its halfdone....

I still wish I had some maxsea to try for the first time even tho i reckon ive researched enough to get similar when I stock up next week.....time will tell

My research has found a fert similar to maxsea over here in australia...has everything maxsea has but also has humic acid, sulphur and calcium as well

I switched to 1-4-3 August 1st, but now I think it was a bit premature. As others have mentioned, the budding process seems a bit slow this year. Everything is budding, but slow to gain bulk.

in afghanistan a harvest is kicked off by sending a nude girl to run thru the hashplants and the men rub off the resin for the first hash of the season . i was thinking , which is dangerous , is djj gonna run thru his greenhouse naked and get some hooters girls to rub the resin off his body ?
