My First Experience With an LP: Canna Farms

So did you choose another lp coz you couldn't get through to CF .....or was it because you didn't like what they had to say or the experience you had so far with them?
CF was her first choice so I did some research on them and every since the July 16th update I have been unable to get a hold of them to ask them what is actually going on and what does the future hold for the company but, I guess they are too busy on donuts and lunch breaks. What really pisses me off is that I wrote 3 nice emails to them and not one of them received a reply. To tell you the truth, I have contacted Cannimed and went all ninja on them on the phone( On Facebook too!) and I feel like I would have a better service signed up with irradiated medicine than CF. My spouse chose Organigram as her LP but she will be on a waiting list for 3 weeks. Better to be safe than sorry I say! If the first batch of Organigram receive bad reviews at least people on the waiting list can demand their medical documents back!

I don't blame you for your decision. Sounds like piss poor customer service to me..the only reason I asked is because up till now I've only had positive experience with cf......hopefully Cannimed or Organigram can serve you better... post some pics or reviews if your inclined...haven't head much about either LP.

So you are telling me that CF needed to ask their employees who takes care of customer services to start growing more weed because they fucked their previous harvest?

I'm sorry, but hiring someone to man the phones, respond to emails, and deal with customer inquiries is a cost of doing business, ANY business.....if they can't run a proper business with only 4 people, then they need to hire a 5th to answer the phone. Delta 9 needs to heed this advice too......good luck trying to get a hold of someone there. Freaking amateur hour I tell you.....
