Why is my plant so small?

You answered to your question..
Previous container was too small now it's alright.

Your plant is looking good, and it's not possible to tell how much you will yield, it depends on your skills. :weed:
Best wishes! :leaf:

Would this be normal sized for 2 and a half months of vegging then? I feed every few days and she's outdoor South East facing stops getting sun around 3:30 pm everyday. :leaf:

Well, considering she will double in size ( or more ) once she starts flowering ( which she isn't yet ) you'll have ample time over the next few months to say to yourself, "Damn that plant is getting huge."

Oh, and about a pound. :)

Not sure I'd guess an LB, due to the smaller size of Tahoe OG nugs. But I'd shoot for 6-8 z's. Cuz as mentioned, she's got lots of bud sites on her and she's gonna get bigger :weed: I have 2 Tahoe OG clones that vegged for about 2 months, in small containers, that I transplanted a few weeks ago. They are starting to flower and together they are a bit smaller than your plant. Gotta love those wide floppy leaves, that can get droopy, too :bigjoint:

Good Luck :peace:
