Powder Mildew Advice Needed

I woke up this mourning walked outside and noticed some mildew on a couple of buds
right below main colas.

I was wondering if anyone has used this product or something similar as a solution.

Its what I have at the moment laying around.

If I could use it without it harming the plant or smoke in anyway that would be great.
If not I will grab some greencure which I read to be a good solution?

checkout SM90. I use it as a preventative on clones and and in early flower. It is like 90% sulfonated canola oil. This stuff is way more effective than safer fungicide.

I will grab some sm90 but do you have any clue to whether that product I listed is safe?.

Its really just sulphur but I dont no the inactive ingredients.

Unfortunately its not that early into flower only 10-15 days left (autos)

Sulpher works well as a preventive maintenance product but once the PM gets ahold it will spread , I have only used powered sulpher thow not liquid which im quessing the powder would be better

- First if possible remove any infected areas, looking with a scope
- if not possible use 3% hydrogen peroxide on the affected areas only,as 3% will likely kill the affected area treated
- Keep up the preventative maintenance treatment , Neem sulpher copper, K/Na bicarb , treating the surrounding area as well

3% hydrogen peroxide, no need to dilute. Spray the affected areas heavily and the rest of your plant lightly, it will not harm then at all. I usually wipe down the inside of my tent w/ a diluted solution of 99% iso alcohol. Its cheap, you can get the stuff at almost any store/pharmacy. No need for sm-90 or other products.

milk from your grocery store like Vitemin D kills mold/mildew. jsut spray it on the entire plant and on the soil. sounds like you need a fan. fans move air and mold/mildew cannot grow when air is moving.

Good circulation will lessen your chances, but fans can spread mold if it is there...

Have you used Google? I would seek the advice of an entomologist or company tech once you've identified a good fungicide candidate, not cannabis forums.

If it's safe to use on veggies or tobacco, then it's probably safe for you. There will be in interval from the time of last app to harvest that you should follow.

I could give you quite a few names that are recommended for grapes but they cost too much. One active ingredient you can find in sprays sold to the typical Joe Blow is myclobutanil.

Sulfur sprays are fine as long as you watch closely for leaf burn. Look into Stylet oil.

Good circulation will lessen your chances, but fans can spread mold if it is there...

that is why you spray the plants and soil down with milk. oh yeah if you have hps/mh lights turn them off and have cfl lights on when yo do this. the HID's will burn holes in the leaves when moisture drops are on them. Milk its just not for you. your plants love it and it kills mold. it could take 2-3 times 1 time a day let the leaves dry before turning on any big hid lights even a 150 hps can burn holes in leaves with moisture on it.

I have it under control now used hydrogen peroxide seemed to work well
just need to keep it under control for a couple days then its chop time.

The plants are outside so its not a ventilation issue.

I would like to make it 15 more days without it getting bad and
I think I will now.

Its your lungs dude!!! ..but I prefer to use Neem Oil..tho not so close to harvest as Neem is an acquired taste ...lol
In serious cases I follow Cervantas and bath them in a warm bath with 10% bleach fro better defense

My boss did this to some of his crop to see if anyone could tell the difference and you really couldn't. I was very surprised, having been turned off by the idea.

Although Cervantas, washing fresh cut buds, I go the one step further ...and WRAP the pot in a trash bag, then dip the whole tree into the bleach bath, totally washing it...it works a treat allow to dry in a stiff warm wind

hey i'm 4 weeks into flowering and have 4 main colas i got from topping, i had poor ventilation and I believe that to be the cause, many mildew solutions I found have mostly been for veg and early flower, my little leaves near my top buds have the mildew, plus I can tell some of my top buds also because the hairs are not as nice and fresh looking as other bud sites, did spraying with the peroxide help your buds too? did you spray the whole plant? Please share and reply to my post so I can see the notification thanks

I use milk and remove them from the big hid lights. i spary till they are super soaked. turn a fan on them let them dry. then repeat. put back in room and next day take out and repeat. i do it for 3 days then all mold/mildew is gone. now you can run the last 5 weeks. but fans are huge you have to have air movement my plants bend form my air flow. mold cant grow when air is moving so fans fans and more fans. at each level. my floor has air movement all the way to my ceiling. each fan is on low but it adds up i bet my fans are 1k cfm total in a 7x9 area. that does now include intake and exhaust fans which is another 1200 cfm.
