I got it off craigslist. Some guy had like 20 strains for sale at $10 a piece. I went in half with a buddy and got one of each, that hashberry was one of them. It's a cool looking plant.

I've always been so afraid of getting cuts off CL. Might have to look for the GG though thanks dude

The only issue I have ever had with CL clones/plants, are mites and bugs. Just meet in a public place.

Yeah, I would imagine pm/pests are a given with CL. I wouldn't be worried about meeting heads anywhere off of say....chicoCL. I def would be worried about meeting people off of StocktonCL or SacCL though. Thx dude

i read some were if you put your purple haze under stress while the buds are nice and big it darkens the purple color and sweetens the smoke , he said he gives it very cold water and then very warm water to stress it( apparently, the purple is a defence to attacking animals ??) but what ever it is he swore it worked ,,,, i even read somewere else exactly the same ,, so maybe its true,,,or they both were really drunk??

Where it seems allot of CC's stuff throws nanners later in flower. Both are no good

I think the problem is femalized genetics, i never had hermies until i started busting open fem'ed beans.

I have always been against feminized and auto strains. Oh god auto-fem, lol.. great marketing scheme though.

Its must be the BPA in our food. Lol serious and scary, he-she is the NWO...lol

I used to absolutely feel the same way as you. Very similar experience.
But as many people will point out to you on this forum. It's not because the seeds are femminized. It's because the breeders/pollen chuckers nowadays don't do all the work, that the oldschool "real" breeders do/did.

With that said, I'm still skeptical as hell about feminized seeds also

And the only "real" straight up hermies, if I remember correctly, I have BOUGHT from a seedbank, were fem. But, I can see that coming from sloppy breeding though.

It does seem that a lot of the DNA/RP strains have herm tendencies. I grew out my LA con with no hermies, but my friend grew it out and had bananas everywhere. However my DNA trainwreck I grew was full of bananas.

I started a thread about this and get my ass chewed and spit out, but I knew it would happen I too have had similar exp with fem seeds.

Hey all, I love purple strains im addicted to that wonderful taste and smell. Im looking for advice on a good purple strain to add to my room. The ideal strain will have that over the top grape candy/sugar smell with caramel undertones, great potential for coloring, and an uplifting high to match. Ive ran across some great highs from purps, but all to often the affect is not very potent and a let down. My question to this community is can u all suggest some of the purple strains with a stronger high to match the taste. I know there out there I just need suggestions from experience thanks .- Killa

my nigga said dark devil by sweet seeds, its an auto but they say about 80% turn purple/red, I got 1 seed i'm germin now. They also have a black cream if you want that caramel

Sound good bruh but auto's a waste of time. I grow for medicine I grow for yield. I hate when breeders take a perfectly good strain and ruin it with a weak rudaralis cross. good for people without much time or space though but just not my thing

I had it happen with DNA's Chocolope. Th smoke was great and would have been downright amazing if it wasnt for the nanners. Everybody has their thing, but personally I dont look to DNA anymore.

yea people will say shit like,"you probably stressed the plants and little smart shit like that but truthfully a stable plant with good genetics should not throw nanners off of some as simple as a temp flux or underwatering, light flux Is totally understandable cut come on man! Something that a lot of growers don't know is that plenty strains will produce nanners if they are flowered beyond ripeness too I think its just a natural reaction by certain plants but year DNA is shaky
