Two years ago I stopped smoking weed. No big deal. Recently started again. I literally can make a gram last me 4-5 weeks.
A year ago I also cut back on the cigarettes, meaning I stopped smoking regularly throughout the day. At work, I'll smoke, if at all, one or two cigarettes, and almost always, one when I get home. However, when I'm drinking I can go through a pack in a night. Usually I give away a lot, but I can smoke like 10-15 on a Friday or Saturday night. I guess it kind of evens out.
My point is, it's much harder to quit cigarettes. If/when I smoke bud, I don't smoke a but afterward, it's unappealing. I need a vice though, and I've been trying to work bud into my life again, and less alcohol, but my GF hates weed. BLAH BLAH BLAH BLAH

I smoke marlbro lights.

I actually started smoking cigs after chocking on the first joint i was passed. Figured if inwas gonna enjoy it i needed to get my body to accept smoke. Weed = Gateway drug!

I smoked for about 10 years, mostly roll-ups, never first thing after waking up and always more when i was drinking. So like after 4pm daily.

I got really ill about 5 years ago, couldn't speak, could barely drink water my throat was so raw. Obviously wasn't going to smoke either. After 2 weeks, i figured i'd already quit, so never started again. I sometimes smoke a cig in a dream. Weird.

I was passed a joint the other day rolled with tobacco and had a puff - felt like getting stabbed in the lung. Pipes and vapes for me exclusively now.

Im in the process of quitting
Good luck, it's worth the effort and you'll be glad you did. I don't know ANYBODY who said 'I wish i nerver quit smoking'.
You have to really WANT to do it, or it's impossible. Or be forced, like i was! Thinking you 'might quite like to stop' probably isn't strong enough a motivation, if you follow me. I failed a few times like that. Still, new apartment, new hair, new work boots....new lungs to match?

These e-cig things seem to help people, but i'm not convinced they're really properly proven safe yet...
