I think LPs know there going to go down the shitter, they dont need investments yet they list on the stock exchange. With a 6000% increase from what i read, as soon as a judge slams that hammer there going to dump the stocks. Why? because thats what this is, a pump and dump. Whats a pump and dump? its where you artificially increase the price making the stock look more appealing for people to purchase while selling your own, canadian government set warnings about this.

Who thinks if LPs get shut down they will mix there product with a kitty litter slury and drop it off to the cops? not this guy.

Colorado allows home grown, the ability to go to a store and buy. Allows concentrates and edibles....how is this even close to the restrictive MMPR program?
Oh brother. Yes, talk around my point. K. Don't wonder why I ignore you in the future lol.

i though his rebuttal was quite respectfully TBH, don't know why it offended you.
he is correct, you mention in your own post Colorado allows home cultivation.
that's a huge difference just right there.

Canada is going down a marijuana monopoly route, untried by anyone else. *and i'm sure american government is hoping it succeeds, because it's a horrible one for the user and a great one for the profiteer.

i'm actually all for the big guys growing, and government getting taxes.. but not if that's the only option. you must allow some home cultivation too IMO.

Well looks like tweed is releasing more crap.

Today they added "snicklefritz" which is what they were told was pennywise but didn't produce any CBd. Funny they still decide to sell it anyways at $7/g - above their current minimum/compassionate price of $5

Who at tweed makes these pricing decisions? Do any of these people have a soul?

And super lemon haze tested at 10%!!! Isn't it known for 20+%

Review for snicklefritz please!! Maybe this Frankenstein strain will win the next Cannabis Cup !
won't be coming from my wife. Her mmpr script is already costing enough money. I can't afford to waste it on crap like this.

It's bad enough she's had to guinea pig 9 of their strains to only find benefit in 2 (which she can't reorder cause they are not available).

To boot, I've had to open their web page every day on the off chance they release a strain as it's always been a race to buy it.

Man I hate this system.

Edit: typo

Has your wife tried edibles? i find this best
Yep I make canna caps regularly. Hard to keep them in supply.

I also make coconut oil infused with the abv jar.

She either takes that in hot drinks or as fiddle diddles (no-bake chocolate oatmeal cookies).

How does that work for her? My wife has a medical list longer then my arm and recently we found BHO to be the absolute best but the costs are through the roof. I took a ounce of some nice bud and only got 4g...from what ive seen afterwards i was suprised to learn i did good with yield. Unfortunately BHO is hard for her to consume in day to day life.

Sorry to hear that the legal system is not working for you! I was hoping that the MMPR would be better than the black market. Me and my wife recently moved to Ottawa and we lost count to how many grams we flushed down the drain. My wife filled in her papers this week and she is confused with which licensed producer to choose. Tilray seems legit but, the pricing is ridiculous and you have to pay for shipping.

What Tilray has right now is pretty good, still not worth the ridiculous prices they are charging. As for the strains they have been hyping up for the last few months, who knows how they will turn out I do know that it's taken much longer than expected for the release. Perhaps everything had to be nuked...but that's just speculation as Tilray won't comment on why things are taking so long to be released and when the new strains will be available for sale.

It's getting to the point where I'm almost tempted to convert my indoor vegetable garden into something else. Let's see how well my CLW solar storm 440 and 2 x solar flare 220's can grow other stuff ;-)

Another victim of Tweed BS here....I hoped they would improve...but no. (A minor improvement over garbage isn't really setting the bar very high)

Fuck now they release strains with 10% THC & no CBD. How the fuck do you grow Super Lemon Haze and end up with 10% THC?
It's so amateur. The whole operation. Thanks for the infographic, in which you state, "We don't ship shake!" (But you still do right?)
I don't think they know what "shake" actually implies. They continue to ship popcorn. Tweed please listen:
POPCORN is FUCKING SHAKE!!!!!!! Blaming it on containers or really dry cannabis is bullshit. Those tiny tiny little nugs that you squish into containers, that's shake!!!!! Buds should be bigger than my pinky fingernail.

Your "Master Grower" is not a master anything. Maybe he can grow lettuce or carrots. Not cannabis. Get rid of him. Months of complaints over quality should be enough for management to realize he should not be growing cannabis. 10% THC for SLH? Even for a dodgy Greenhouseseeds strain that's bad.

You seem confused Tweed. This is not a recreational market. You are supposed to be providing medicine.

Look at tweeds most recent release...

Ak47 is 1/2 popcorn bud
Hindu Kush is ok. Still full of popcorn. At least it doesn't look like it's been through a tumbler. This one is at least hermied... There was one loose seed in the bottle - I assume more will be found.image.jpgimage.jpg

FYI, they added a foil seal to the top of their bottles. They've also added parchment paper as a filler to presumably stop damage during transit. Nice idea but it works poorly - it just collects all the crumbs and needs to be cleaned.

Progress has definitely been made - I just don't understand why patients are being used as guinea pigs for this venture... Isn't that what the investors are there for? They've got deeper pockets that patients.
