but as bird dog said, you'll be fine, it isn't something to worry about necessarily one way or the other. you'll still get some nice smoke out of it! 
Your grow looks great and you should expect leafs to start degrading. When they degrade, pull those leafs off. Your trichs should start turning anytime now. I see some cloudy trichs already! Looks like you are within two weeks for harvest. Let us know... Peace
I probably should have also addressed your concern on pistols not turning brown. If I remember correctly, you are growing Bubbleiocious (probably Nirvana). I grew some last year (probably already told you...I'm stoned...on Bubblegum in fact - lol), and I have some going this year at a friends place. Not all strains finish out the same way, but most do. I learned last year that my Bubbleiocios girls needed less nute feed (yellow leafs), but liked to be treated with ph'd water (Thrieve alive, Magical, Sugardaddy, etc.). Good job on your pictures and thanks for sharing. It's my favorite strain by far, which is why I crossed it with several strains. Keep us posted with good pics bro! Yep...I'd start chopping. That is one healthy girl that should weigh in at close to a pound. Looks like you really poured the shit onto her when you got close (nutes or lights). Good job. Can you put up a close up picture of a cola before you cut?
I think you are harvesting at just the right time for what I like, but everyone has their own ideas about the ready part. I think that if you were to put your 30x on one of those colas, you would see about 20% brown trichs. Hope you enjoy your smoke friend and thanks for sharing, as I said before.
