i just looked for fun but was surprised to see you can get a nice house on an acre+ with a greenhouse for under $300k all over the place on the big island.

anyone want to explain to me how that's possible?

Hawaii seems like it'd be cool. I'd be worried about escaping though. If the zombie apocalypse were to hit, where would I go?

seems like everyone has a rain catchment system or two. electric is about the same price as here on the mainland until you get over 1000 kwh, then it shoots up to about $0.16 per kwh instead of $0.11. the food and staple items are a little more costly but not that bad.

the only problem is getting all your stuff out there. your pets have to pass inspection too.

the Hawaiians would slaughter you the second the zombies caused enough pandemonium. they would be chopping you in the head, in addition to the zombie skulls they clove in twain. very, very angry.

like most everything you say, there is only a thread of truth in a blanket of bullshit.

that sentiment really only applies to a very small number of hawaiians.

source: several native hawaiian family members.

and I believe your family members are not representative of most kanaka maoli, if they are here, in the US. most cannot afford to see a doctor, keep up with real estate taxes, or buy new clothing. very sad.

i'm sure the 4 native hawaiians in my family are not representative of native hawaiians and have no finger on the pulse of hawaii despite living there and all.

but a racist assmunch from philadelphia with a camfrog chatroom is the end-all be-all expert on the subject.

save your nasty attitude.......this isn't politics. I have known many maoli. 75% would gladly vote for ethnic cleansing of Hawaii. in fact, 77.295% :). I do not blame them.
