Just started plant outdoors in a pot

Today the seed I had planted in my pot has sprouted, I am planning on doing some mainlining with this plant to get the hang of it, the only issues I can see is sunlight. I am going to do this plant all outdoors, hoping I will get some better yield.
Right now the day/night ratio is 15/9, and is decreasing till it gets to 12/12 in late september. Will the 15h of light slow down growth on my plant, compared to a 18/6 done indoors.
Does anyone have any experience with plants started this late in the year (for outdoors).

You will have to veg them for a a couple of weeks and then force flowering by bringing
into your basement. Dont expect anything other than one terminal bud; this happened
to me last grow, I started around mid June and the yield dry from a plant was a mere
22 grams dry; and it wasnt any good ...

If you put it outside now, it will probably flower soon. Mine started flowering on their own a cpl days ago. Veg inside, then bring it out when you are ready to flower. watch cool temps at night in Sept. and Oct

Well it has time to veg until 22 september when sun will be 12/12, thats 2 months, is this not enough to mainline my plant to at least 4 main colas ?
I wouldnt want to grow it normally, I already have 2 plants vegging for almos 3 months now, I only tied them down to keep them stealth, and they got like 12 bud sites.
Its true, low temps are gonna be bitch

The rules of 12/12 don't apply outdoors...

Ok.. It is late in the season to start. What is your average first frost date? Back up 8 weeks from that date. That is the date you want the plant to start the budding process. It will take about four weeks to show sex which will be the day it starts flowering. It sounds like you are pretty far north? Girls don't do well in snow. Figure it out, based on my questions.

That falls in approx 1 month, I dont know how well it will grow in 1 month of sunlight, I hope big enough to worth it.

Average frost date would be maybe first week of december. Im not that up in the north but we do get some nasty winters here.
I had no idea that outdoors grows start flowering at 14/10, why is this so ?

Indoor will flower at 14/10 as well. I imagine indoor is set to 12/12 to ensure flowering at the flip as well add diminishing returns with electricity costs.

LOL... I veg my plants at 14/10 to avoid flowering when I put them out in April.
