how old is the plant? we gonna get to see some pics? considering the breed is Purp, i'd say it's all genetics. if you're gonna use miracle gro.... i'd go with organic, it's in an orange bag. everyone praises fox farm but i've never used it. i just mix organic miracle gro with some perlite and sterile soil from out in the yard.

fox farm is tha way to go but thats just my opinion. if i remember right one of my friends tried a clone in MG and they checked the ph and it was very very acidic it was like a 6.2 which is bad... but hey it's all personal opinion i might be wrong on the ph but i just don't remember i was too thrashed when we discussed soils

Purp stem in in genetics as far as I know. My White Queen always has purple on the stems. Some other strains do some do not. My Queen and Black widow bolth have pupple veins and are excellent strains and I have stains with no purp and they arnt that great, I also have Nothern Lights #5 and it has no purp but very stony.

Dude no MG is good for bud as far as I know... Didn't even know they HAD organic though... Still. and yard dirt? man how much is some composted worm castings at home depot? $3 for like 1.5 cu ft or more something like that?! mix that with perlite, some coir if ya can and some of your backyard dirt and youll get much better results imho.
Personally I use $8 cu ft of specialized dirt from a hydro shop. Yeah I could make it cheaper but what ev I'm going hydro soon.
I know it has all this plus more for sure.
Perilite
Coco coir
Silica rocks
Sand
Worm castings, manure, organic compost and whatever else to make up the soil, it just works hella good, compared to a few other things I have tried.

6-6.5 is the ph I shoot for with my organic line of local nutes... Includes shit like liquid bone meal, kelp, yucca, carbs, aminos, lots of shiznit.

Pics for sure would help.

My past year experiances and current flowers.

My current veg and soon flower growlog.

-Yes, purple stems/veins can be genetics, but it can also signify a phosphorus shortage. MG? there is no good MG for what we grow. FoxFarm Ocean Forrest is the best potting soil. If you don't have access to a hydro shop, just get some Scotts Premium potting soil. It's low on nutes, so you can add whatever later.

Read that purple can be caused from nitrogen deficiency, but if your seeds/clones are supposed to be a purple strain, what was the point of worrying about it lol

Stems... some strains do, as long as it's healthy...
MG..dicey shit without experience.... did you check (soil) on package if any nutes added..thats the rub if you don't watch what you're doing..risk over nuteing....

Some varieties show purps on their stems(look at my grow),as long as the veins on the larger leaves arent purpling i would say it's genetics.KEEP SMOKE ALIVE!!
