Anyone ever use OSB to build a grow room?

I built my grow room 4x4x6 out of OSB. http://www.osbguide.com/pdfs/EL807.pdf heres a link on it. but like the picture i attached, i have the stuff that is foil lined. I cant find any info if it keeps the heat in the room, becuase the plywood cant breathe?? I also read on here that the foil may be causing burn spots?

so im wondering if i should go get mylar and line my room w that right over the OSB. Let me know what you guys think.

Yeah man Osb is fine it can get kinda warm but that's why I have a honeywell floor fan that I picked up at wqlmart for like 10 bucks. I dont recomend foil because of hotspots but what kinda lights are u using? Because of the heat problem I recomend that u calk the heck outa the corners and edges to make it air tight so u can run a nice co2 system and btw the fan will encourage stem stregenthening so u can yeild more.
