No schools for miles, at this place. It's off the grid, 4x4 road to get there. That's the reason this place became available as a rental, kids grew up & needed to get to school. Owners moved into town.....

All of Cali is legal as far as medical usage goes. Individual counties can make the laws more strict if they want, they just cant go the opposite way and make them more lenient. Same issue with guns, to give you an idea. Certain firearms are legal for sale nationwide, under federal law, but are illegal for retail sale in California.

Medical states are interesting though in the sense that they allow cannabis for medical usage, where as it is entirely illegal on the federal level.
So, in these cases they have relaxed federal law. It is a contentious issue, gets into the whole states rights v. federal authority...
Could also be the case on the state/county level, where a county could be more lenient on laws than the state, but individual counties do not have the legal power states have in relationship to the feds...its very convoluted.

Mariposa County, the land is cheap (comparatively speaking) most lots are 5 aces minimum. The board of supervisors just passed a law earlier this year limiting each patient to 12 plants each with a total of 24 plants( 2 recommendations) per parcel. You should be able to get plenty off 24 plants.

That's a pretty sick property doublejj. Is it rented or are they still looking for renters? It might be a little late in the season to move in there and get a grow set up to make it worthwhile.

There are only 3 parcels at the end of this nasty ass road. All contain major grows. They all share a common gate up the main road & also have their own gate. The owners would not rent to them until they met & were 'approved' by the other 2 growers in the valley....talk about a clique'...

Good for your friend bro. He's got a nice setup there. It only half tempted me anyway, I've got a decent MMJ setup here in Maui, but the MMJ laws here aren't as cool as Cali's.

I live in socal and theres nothing unfriendly here about growing outdoors. I do every year in la and never had a problem. Must be your neighborhood or something lol.

Yeah, the member Mohican on here has a good backyard grow in San Diego
