Short of being the "Master Grower " I have not seen a reasonable wage offered for any other position by any LP who has been hiring. Now, for those expecting BM wages I think that's completely unrealistic, but to offer the bare minimum is just disgusting. Then again if the bare minimum is all they offer to patients then why would we expect any different when it comes to employee offerings in terms of wages.

They can be just like Tim Hortons and many others who pay minimum and get that exact response from their employee's. You pay me minimum and I certainly will do the minimum require to stay employed here...Duh. I ALWAYS paid better than that in my business.
I mean if you pay someone the least you can...what does that say to the employee? It say hey, your not worth much.
Some business people are pathetic in knowing much.

I found paying people above the minimum wage was worth it....most of the time, Sometimes not. For those there was the door and my boot.
