Gave a friend one of my 100mcg Fentanyl patches, found out he scraped it & tried to smoke it..dumbfuq..

I understand that the compound patch, the one with the gel is smokeable after a fashion. It certainly isn't adviseable. Beyond that, most times smoking is a good way to titrate your dose, but when an of can be measured in a fraction of a milligram, even one hit could concievably kill a novice.

fent is just a very dangerous drug for most, hell this stuff even kills people it is prescribed to. Dose dumping can happen if the patch is overheated, if another is put in place before the first is evacuated from the skin, or if the gel leaks. Or so I've read.

Yea, I was warned by dr. about overheating, so of course I would put it on my hip & sit on a heating pad..

Yea you can scrap a patch and vape it or shoot it.

I'm not being prescribed all that because I want it I physically need it from my injury.

Lasts much longer definitely gets me good

I always talk about dilaudid, my favorite opiate

Them patches are lame, I don't even feel a 100. Taping a bunch on me is stupid. Dilaudid gives my favorite high with fewer side effects.. my 2¢
On a side note I take a lot of tramadol too, keeps me in a good mood

First opiate i ever did,i shot up a k-4(hey,if youre going swimming...).best feeling ever(prob why i developed a habit at 16)...methadone,could really care less,was putting wafers under my tounge in oklahoma,good for a sex-capade all day,but not much else..oh yea,and my best friend and another both died from methadones...kinda dont like em for that reason.

This is highly unusual but in ny, NJ dope is the #1 drug and some are extremely potent like my buddies. $5 for 75mgs of heroin is ungodly cheap which is why it's such an epidemic.

bwahaha..theys 5 bucks.period...ask any dopeboy,hell tell you the same..he gets payed a flat rate,and better have the 5bucks a bag he was fronted..but,if he can charge you 10 or even 20,he will..its like a quarterly bonus...

iv taken both. dilaudid is a real dopey effect, not that energetic high like percs, but methadone is actually a nice high. i had some 10 mg tablets that were great! and mixing done with another opiate enhanced it, not counteracted it

reminds me of a story dad told me..said some
fiends were smoking,ran out,and everyone chipped in a five spot or more to get some more rocks..one dude only had 2 bucks but threw it in still..got back w the rocks,everyones smokin theirs but the 2$ dude had yet to get any..whining about how he "put in for the group effort" culminating in him demanding a reasonable allowance of the community rock.."i want my share,now!" he says..one dude takes a big rip offa hubba,blows it in a paper bag,and says "here ya go..2$ worth!"
im just saying..they 10-20 everywhere,but that jump-off boy supposed to be sellin em for five..if the bossman found out hes fuckin with the teams flow,hed get demoted to look out,or package deliverer..but,the bossman would have to be on the corner now wouldnt he:-D

and as for pharmies leading to dope,im the exception..did a k-4 first time,next opiate experience,i went right to the dope man for some waxies.no months of opiate pill eating to get there..nosireebob!..flightman accounted for..only after dope was scarce did i go pills..they allways were cheeper...

and i was the same way.. i went from blow / rock straight into the deep end of the pool.. my friends asked me to pick up a few bags of dope while i was on the set, so i did.. it was all down hill from there... i actually hated it the first 10 - 20 times i did it.. always puked my guts up and made me feel like shit..
