doing red cup grow in my closet have light and water and soil mircale grow seeds were starting to sprout so went ahead and threw them in closet with light on and moist covering anything else i should do and how much light does it need. Will be puting better foil in and around all corners later ..... Please Help me!!!!

fan will help strengthen stems. just make sure u put on low. until they get bigger then u can up the fan

what type of light are u using?? cfls u wanna have at least 200 watts per plant during veg then alot more in flower get 6500 k for veg and 2700 k for flower

2700 k will make her stretch more cuz its in the red spectrum. i hope u put a drainage hole in the bottom of the cup. fill her till u can feel weight in the cup. then u water again only when u feel the cup is light. i would go with 18/6 light

ur gunna need at least 200 watt on each for veg then ur gunna need more when u go to flower on each. its gunna b a hassle.. if u get serious about growing may wanna look into mh/hps lights eventually... and if ur gunna be keeping it in the red cup for its entire life i would veg maybe like 2-3 weeks then go to flower.

I dont really understand why u would wanna grow in cups no offence but its stupid u will decrease yield dramatically cause they will be root bound in like 1 and a half weeks and if ur gonna transfer bigger pot later on this will just cause stress dont worry bout light growin in a tiny cup will fck em up no matter how much light u give it

Well since u seem serious get some perlite. seed raisin mix is fine but mix it with perlite at about a 50/50 mix u shouldn't need any nut(fertilizer) for a few week.
do u have a budget? And if so about how much u wanna spend and get rid of the foil white reflects the most light foils also create hot spots and when somebody replys to you goto bottom of there post and hit reply that way ppl will know u have replyed to them

so what should i do with my setup keep it as is and i have 3 plants in the closet adding small fan today for air and no i dont know anything about nut just put more water in it right now please help they seeds were germantiing a lil and i went ahead and planted them im really new please help or should i just try to grow 2 at a time??

No disrespect but have you grown in a solo cup? I just finished an experiment sea of green with solo cups. Over 150 solo cups side by side with 50 6x6 pots. Some of the solo cups yielded more than the 6x6x8 pots. Would I do it again? No. Simply because its a bitch to water and PM hit which even harder to treat with all those plants. I averaged about 7 grams a solo cup. Which is pretty good considering how packed in they where. I used 3 1k lights in a 10x10 room the whole room wasn't used (I Also had some larger plants in 5 gallon buckets under one of the lights.) To say its stupid is a little rough. I will admit its defiantly not ideal. Who knows maybe the solo cup grow will peak his interest into moving on to bigger and better things.

I've also done a few sog grows with solo cups.....it is a bitch to water everyday ,which is also why I won't do it again either.....My last grow was 36 cups with an avg of 8g per cup,I harvested over 10 oz......heres a quick pic of just before harvest,I had already cut a few down and had 12 cups in each tray....GOOD LUCK mdw405,it's not easy!!

It varies on strain and temperature.....But normally,at room temp,about a week to pop above the soil.I personally germ on top of the Directv box(for the warmth) with a moist paper towel till the seed comes completely out of the shell then carefully plant it down to the leaves.GL
