well i was under the assumption that they can reccomend fines and their severity through a judge,but only when in a real courtroom litigation..but,im no jailhouse lawyer either..

reccomend perhaps, assess, maybe but fines are a penalty for those found guilty. The des or any enforcement arm has no ability to determine guilt.

Oh shit man, that does not sound too far from me! I may have to check it out! I just put the location into mapquest, only 4.5 hrs away from me. I may have to make the trip on down there brother! I'm in the process of planning a vacation for my bday next year. A new chapter/milestone in my life. I was thinking about going backpacking in SE Asia. Indonesia/Bali in particular. Check out Bali dude! Mushrooms are 100% LEGAL. I guess only panaeolus cyanescens grow in that region, the farther north ya go towards Thailand cubes grow along with them. This has me very interested

Thanks man! That was awesome you had a kid ass time aswell! I am thinking about Pinkmoon, I just may be able to do that depending on my growing situation here. I feel it may run into August. I am going to start a few more projects throughout this month. I want to do a cpl more cake runs before I buy a PC and move up to bulk in a monotub. I would fucking love to rock out with ya man! I'm not a huge fan of mdma but I feel your pain. How crazy is it in Indonesia you can get the death sentence for Cannabis but Mushrooms are perfectly legal? Just bc of that I may have to consider Jamaica, atleast mushrooms are legal there and I wont get killed if caught with some herb lmao! I was also looking into Tortola, another place mushrooms are accepted, plus I hear they have INSANE full moon parties that are fueled with mushroom tea courtesy of this guy named Bomba at his surf side shack.

yea i like mdma,alot,but hadnt done any in a long time..got into the bag and didnt put it down..woulda had way more fun with it at the show..think im gonna buy an oz and put half away for lockn and pink moon,just in case my molly man dry up..

Hell yeah man! Theres a mushroom shop in Negril called Tedds that I hear is pretty nice. That would be the way to do it, stock up a little and horde that shit away. I tried rolling a few times in my younger days, but overall im more of a psychedelic and herb kinda guy. I tell ya what man, it was a GREAT feeling see the people whom bought my mushrooms spun! I had this one fella next to me get damn near naked in his van and refused to come out. I saw him after the show and he gave me the biggest hug and an awesome looking quartz type of rock he found in the rivers/streams near red rocks. I still have it

I ate it, got off pretty good. I recall sitting there with this vicks vapor rup shit under my eyes/nose and a 3 legged neck massage thing on my head lol. Water also felt pretty crazy! It was a weird feeling for me. I cant truly describe it. However this was years n years n years ago.

I may have to man, we'll see if I ever come across it. I'm focusing on my mushrooms 100% now, even put my cannabis grow on the back burner. Well not on the back burner completely. I still tend to them and take care of businesses but the mass majority of my time is on fungi, I cant wait to set up a monotub dood! Fuck these little 3-5 gram cake flushes! I want to see a couple ounces per flush!
