One thing I've learned since I've been here is u tend to use what u can get ahold of...as the locals say "if can, then can...if no can, then no can".Ok. If you haven't purchased the skin yet, I want to suggest you look at Solexx fabric. It is pricey up front, but has a ten year warranty. I just reskinned the roofs this year, after 11 years. The walls look like they are good for another decade. Since I own my home, I try to think long term.
