Plant Doesn't Grow Anymore, Keeps Looking 'Healthy'

Sorry, Couldn't photo it.

It's 1.5 months old, quite small, grew up OK for more than a month, FIMed it, FIMed leaves (remainings) turn yellow, and the whole plant stopped growing from then on.
Removed the left-over yellows.

Seems like it's stuck, what can I do to save it ?

You can learn from it and try again

Also I doubt it looks "healthy"

Good luck though

It's in the wild, no pot at all, I feed it every 2-3 days.. no rain at all.

The area has hard soil, dag a hole, placed some bought soil (not alot).

So it's sort of "bordered" by nature's soil and I can't tell if the roots are in nature's soil or only the bought soil.

I think I have no choice other than to transplant it like you said, even if I damage some roots, it's better than a dead plant :(

Is there any magic tip for how to do it ?

Other than trying not to touch any roots ?

Is there anything that exists at any home that can tell the roots "you can grow more now" ?

So I can place it in the new hole right before placing the plant on top of it ?

just dig up the hard ground around the roots , make a bigger hole add some good soil back to it try not to get into the roots too bad . then water the b jeezus out of it well 5 or 10 gallons any way

Hey,

The plant still doesn't change, stays green, very small (about 2 fists tall from the ground) and doesn't grow or shows signs of new growth.

It's 6.5 weeks old.

Is it a goner ?

Any chance for it to flower at all ?

(still don't have a camera to photo it)

give it time if u made the hole bigger . the only reason i could see for it not to grow is if its a dwarf . if it was an auto it would b flowering allready , good vibes miko .

I didn't move it, should have, will if it survives til next time.. I'm stupid cause I forgot.

Are there cases where it keeps vegging for more than 2 months ? I mean like 3-4 months ?

a plant will veg until the light period becomes short enuff to tell the plant its time to reproduce . i dont know if you are in northern or southern hemisphere but in the northern hemisphere look for it to start flowering around the end of july mostly sativas will start quite a bit sooner as they are use to the equater light cycles .

Im guessing there is a lot of clay in the soil. Cannabis grows really shitty in soil that has a lot of clay...

Next time dig a bigger hole.

Good Luck

It's weird, 2 plants in the same situation (same amounts of soil etc), 1 looks good and keeps growing ........

The small plant was dropped and stayed down for a day probably, but I fixed it and it grew up more afterwards, maybe this caused it to be perm-damaged

There are many different reasons why your plant may not be growing out there.
1.Soil is too acidic or too alkaline ( areas rich in pine debris tend to be more acidic, for example)
2.Soil is too rocky or has a significant rocky layer just under your plot (where the roots grow, then stop or spend a lot of energy trying to find a way around)
3. Soil is too nutrient rich, not rich enough or just not in the right proportions
4. Exudates from trees or plants nearby may be interfering with your cannabis growth - Black walnuts, for example, are known for this.
5. Soil does not drain properly (high clay content, highly compact, etc)
I could go on a bit but you get why it is easier to just dig up your plot, ammend it and then leave it until tea time or set your pots above ground. What I've done this year is veg my plants in 3 gallon fabric pots. When I put them outside I dig a plot, ammend it, cut the bottoms off my pots and place 1/4 of the way into the hole then fill in around it. This will also keep my girls "off the ground" for the cooler parts of autumn which might buy me another week or two before harvest. Good luck :peace:
