Just checked out their price list. Very reasonable in my opinion. and they strive to give the best pricing possible for low income patients. Their greenhouse and serious strains are priced a little higher, but nothing over 9$.

their house strains are all 6.00 including master kush, blue venom and cbd strains.

i just know that a lot of people hate greenhouse, all the way from germination to quality of the meds, so they better do some pheno hunting lol.

they give a good impression and i'm excited to see their results!

They have very good prices for people who fall into their demographic of compassionate pricing. I am on their waiting list currently for about 1 month and they told me late September to early October before I am off and I heard that it has increased for new signups to December. Also it looks like they may have to Irradiate their first batch about to go out and have yet to reply to me when asked about irradiation but replied the same day to all my other emails (could just be busy) until I asked this about irradiation. I'll show you why I say this.

A majority of our products are now ready for sale, the quality looks great, and we have enough product to guarantee all of our registered clients a recurring supply.
The bad new is that Health Canada is having an issue with our internal lab results and they would like us to send out samples to Health Canada lab for verification before we can issue a release certificate. This is going to delay our product 2 to 3 weeks at this point. We realize that this is a major inconvenience and we are notifying you that we will do everything that we can to get these products tested in the most timely manner.
Our samples are scheduled to be sent out to Health Canada on July 2nd and we hope to have the results within a week.
If this is an issue in any way let me know what actions you would like me to take.

Now according to the MMPR:

MMPR (SOR/2013-119) Section 61.

    • 61. (1) Subject to subsection (3), if the Minister has reasonable grounds to believe that a lot or batch of dried marihuana made available for sale or provision by a licensed producer may — by reason of the manner in which it was produced, packaged, labelled or stored — pose a risk to the health of an individual who in accordance with these Regulations obtains the dried marihuana for their own medical purposes, the Minister may require the licensed producer to provide the Minister with a sample of that lot or batch.
To me this seems like something is indeed wrong with their first batch and we can only assume health canada will ask them to irradiate or toss it if they find anything they don't like. I am still waiting to hear back from them to confirm their stance on irradiation. If this is something that bothers anyone, you might want to hold off until they have released products first before signing with them. But as it stands they do have prolly the best pricing and a decent strain list. I am rooting for them as they seem to be cost effective for people in need of cheaper cannabis such as myself.

hmm, i would have to say that there is either something wrong, or that their testing regiment wasn't up to standard...i really hope that they don't irradiate.

I was worried about Delta 9's first batch. I saw a local news clip with the son touring a reporter around the grow room, and he was wearing short sleeves and a baseball cap....no hair net or protective clothing, and they were brushing up against and touching plants during the tour. I also noticed other problems like the walls of their rooms consisting of stapled panda plastic. This kind of stuff does not fly in a pharmaceutical environment, and I foresaw passing QA specs as being a potential issue.

better than letting it get to the patients! there doing the job QC is all about> that's a good thing. bad to make patients wait yes,
they should not be selling or shipping till fully tested and approved and cured, then shipped when fore sure ready.

I also noticed that. i saw the same video you're talking about. when you see pictures from places like organigram or tilray, they are well protected (hair nets/caps, medical gowns, shoe covers, gloves and goggles.) i just kinda thought that video didn't look overly professional.

If Health Canada does request it, then we have no choice but to sterilize the product. They provide us with our license and we are required to follow their requests. The issue is not so much that there was a issue with our results of our own testing, it has just been their request and we are complying.
And yes the wait is likely to be still September, maybe even near the end of that month. This Health Canada testing is pushing us back a few weeks and that is in turn making the wait list move back as well.

I prolly am going to be going with them regardless, no other L.P can compete with their pricing. (I fall under their compassionate pricing list) I mean paying less then 5$ a gram for any strain they have? Compared to paying 8$+ for a gram? These are what the standard prices should be even before compassionate pricing from all L.P's in my opinion. I just can not support a company who has such expensive strains with little help to the patient in terms of compassionate prices... They seem to forget the majority of us are on medical cannabis because we are indeed ill... I just can't in good faith toss my money at profiteers. Really hoping delta9 has the product to compete along side their prices. Irradiation just lost a few stars for me though and they could easily be replaced from my choice due to this.

Sounds like a lie to me, so he's saying their product was fine but HC told them to irradiate anyway? Then why aren't they telling all LP's to do so? (they aren't, FYI)

Seems HC is only requiring it if they fail HC testing. None of the LPs are going to say no we'll just destroy it and grow a fresh crop though. They can't seem to afford the lost time or $$$$, gotta get that product out out out!
