Why does this only have 38,000 sigs? This has been circulating for a while and there hasn't been much increase since I signed it like 6 months ago. Is it only posted online, nobody promoting it looking for signatures in the communities? Think it will get more attention as we get closer to election time?

went to http://petition.liberal.ca/ ..the marijuana petition isn't even on their list of petitions (man they've got a lot)
might be why there's so many fewer than there should be.
