Closed loop system or vac oven first?

Which would come first or if your getting one would you just get the other so you do the upgrade all at once?

That's what I was thinking cause you could kinda make a lot of oil with tubes.

What's your set up like now twitch you've been in the concentrate section ever since I first showed up a few years ago.


I'm just using like a 2 to 3 oz tube
About 1.5 inch thin I inside by16 inch long
I blasted it 10 times last night and got 14 grams.
And purging in this mason jar is taking a while.

nothing right now, all packed up but...... i close on my new house on the 30th and then i will set the lab back up.

i have been looking at different vac ovens the best deal seems to the across international one

it depends on how many times, plus how much material do you regularly plan on working with.

if you had a steady customer supply,I'd say closed loop.

I still do open tube,vac it pro , and or similar sized small chambers. Closed loop has a very high advantage over open tube with moisture pick up, or lack of. And recycling is a plus

i am seriously debating about taking out an unsecured loan for 10gs through the bank and buying a closed loop and vac oven

I only really do mabey like a 1/2 to mabey 3 pounds a month so I guess it's really not needed for a while I just have a nice harvest coming in and with outdoor being due in a few months I think it might be useful soon.
But I'll def do the oven/closed loop system combo.

I'm all about vac oven first, you'll really need it when doing large columns. Purging small batches on the cheap might float in kindergarten but closed loop big boys run multiple ovens per system.

Vacuum ovens are nice, but could you get by with a vacuum chamber and silicone heat mat?

Pick up a Mk III Terpenator kit and assemble your own central Terpenator system. Everything else is off the shelf.

lol the big companies cant put out a consistent product, and there is still plenty of room in the grey market and white market for people with good product to come to the top.

I was reading a high times
Article in tc labs that they have these huge warehouse Grows and there just drying and blastin whole
Plants I thought that was pretty insane and probley not very cost efficient but probley making some
Fire crumble shatter ect.

Thinking Also if you just had a nice purging
Set up like 5 gallon chamber u could purge 1 to 2 oz at a time
But would eventually need like 2 or 3 of those set ups

2 or 3 reg chamber and pump set ups with heat Mat would prob run less then a vac oven still.

I just think it would e super easy to set the oven To 100 and let her go and have multiple oz sitting
On the shelfs in there purging at once.

I just got a Lil Foot and a 6cfm vacuum pump. What I am reading is the vacuum ovens under $5000 are not stable for heat at low temperatures, like 104F - 99F.

An 11 qt soup warmer is.

Instead, I have an insulated bucket with hydrotron and just enough water to stick a 75w aquarium heater into.

The hydroton and water slurry is very stiff, and supports the weight of the domed vacuum chamber. Foam lid on the top of the bucket. That will hold 100 degrees without any swings.
