Started mine in February this year and went out may 1st. Now they are on a house and garden feeding schedule & 45 gallon smart pots. They stand on average 5ft, tall and all have been topped a couple times.

I am wondering if any plant guru could give me a rough yield estimate with what to expect.

I will post a couple pics.

a couple seasons back i got .5lb per plant, but with no effort put forth. I expect much more this time around with proper set up. Good luck to you !

Btw this strain is a girl scout cookie cross with cherry pie i think.. not quite sure, but def. a cookie cross.

as it gets hotter out your going to have to water alot with those bags... i would wrap those bags with something to hold water it.

It's true that you have to water more often, but the point of a fabric pot is to air prune the roots, creating a thicker, healthier root mass. Also, the water evaporating from the pots keeps the root mass from overheating in the hot sun. Wrapping them in anything would defeat the purpose of using fabric pots in the first place.

Very nice. You have done it right getting them a big healthy start. I'm not sure if you have easy access to your patch or not. I lugged a lot of water last year. Hard work but worth every drop. Those are gonna be massive.

What kind of soil did you use to fill those pots? I don't see why you shouldn't get anything then less then a pound per plant. There's just so many factors. Be prepared for some major braces. I had to build a web of string and bamboo sticks

Roots organic, and yea I'm about to get some stakes and hog wire and build some support!

Just some advice for next year if your chasing monster yeilds... Instead of the smart pots dig holes to at least 100 gallons but the bigger the better if the natural soil ph is good fill those with your soil mix. If soil ph isn't any good line the hundred gallon holes with plastic and grow in these... The yeild and plant size is directly proportional to the amount of room the roots have and how big they grow... These bigger holes/pots will result in a much bigger yeild even if you do everything else the same...

Looking at your pics the only thing that might hold you back is amount of sunlight. A full days sun would make a huge difference. If your like me and only get good light from above then the good nugs will most likely be in the upper half. But the early start will definatly help.

Sweet! Well this yr. was a step up for me using the 45 gallons. But I like the idea of digging a massive hole and lining it and filling it up with good soil.

Question for you tho, on the east coast with what I have in the 45 gallons, do you think these will be over a LB a piece? Also if anyone knows the rough time of when flowering starts out here in the north east ?

They get sun all day! Direct! Might not really look like it but the sun is gettig it's rays to them all day... I actually have a friend we started at the same time and he has his plants in an even more covered area that I think he tricked his plants into thinking it's already flower.... I'm pretty sure he fucked up... Cause there's still like 50/60 days til August
