Monkey needs your help

Hi my friends I would like a bit of help, I vegged some females outside in my garden in 16l root pouches and they are huge, I have recently chopped from my indoor tent which can hold 4, how ever these ones from outside are huge, so I can only fit 3 in the tent, I will put them on 12 / 12 but what shall I do, as I do not want to encourage them to grow any more, but simply flower, as they have had plenty of time to veg, I have bloom on standby and grow nutrients, your assistance heavily needed thank you. pictures are posted below.

If you can't just leave them outside look into some training methods. Lst, supercrop. One tip I can give is to minimize P during the stretch. Keep em high in N. Too much P during transition causes excess stretching.

Hmmm I am so contemplaiting what to do, shall I move them back outside, my worry is I have about 11 out there already, and these 3 are pretty big my neighbours are fine, just worried about the copters.

It's too late for the LST or scor if I'll be you I would try the tent with vertical light (plants stretch toward light) as well flower with 4:2 ratio of 65k /25K, as the 6500k don't tend to stretch the plant as much as 2700k but depending on what you using incase your using HPS then flower with HID same principal

Hi I have only horizontal lights, I can just repot the plants into 20l pots and place them outside, and then take in 4 smaller plants from outside and put in my tent, this I think is the best possible solution.

You look like you have a few feet between the tops and the actual lights.
Set yourself a max height for the growth period, and top anything that comes above it,and LST up and coming branches into empty spaces.
Almost as if you have an invisible scrog net to stick to,otherwise its going to be a right mess in there in 3 weeks times lol.
Also, after 2/weeks of flower, take a lok at the bottom nodes,If they haven't spouted pistils/or have next to nothing,I would whip them off.In limited space situations, that undeveloped scragly lower bud, wont turn out to be anything special,if by the 2nd/3rd week its only just trying to spout.

My local shop has these available for sale £5 for x50 of them, do you think I should buy these ?

Sculpt the shape of your plant to provide maximum light penetration and increase flower development. After a week or so they can be removed and the bend will remain, they can then be used elsewhere on the plant
This little device allows you to gently bend the branches of your plants so they can receive more light than if they grew naturally
As the plant grows, BendZ are clipped to the stems which change their growing direction
