Consider mulching your girls, heavily. This will help conserve moisture and maybe help hide the darker soil. Nice set up!

Cultivating is way cheaper than buying.
Mulching with compost mixed with worm castings would be a good idea.

This is only my 3rd year growing. I just want to have a large seed stock lol. I am going to try to cross some strains this year. Hope they come out good.

Nice.. I'm also running a few HSH and Strawberry Blue. I was surprised that free beans would grow as good as they are. I'm not sure if Herbie's is selling the Strawberry Blue or just giving them away but it is growing like crazy.

50/50 is all I come up with lol. I usually just mulch with my own homemade leaf mould. Cheaper lol.Thanks fres. Appreciate your knowlage. Any ratios you can pull off the top of your head? Nothin scientific don't think to hard

I popped those other beans that I told you about.. All of the HSH are doing great but my SB seedling died for some reason. A dud I'm guessing.
My auto's were doing really shitty til I started with the foliar feedings. Its only been like a week or two and they've doubled in size. I'm not going to get a huge yield off of them but will definitely get a lil more now.
I've always thought that foliar feedings were bs til I saw your results. Must be a regional thing because all of the old timers around here are totally against it.
