8 weeks on 12/12 no buds?????

OK s this is my second grow. I planted 12 seeds and only 3 came out female. I was really disapointed because the 3 plants that came out female were my least favorite ones, the other ones were awesome but well. the problem here is that the buds only grow on 2 plants. The other one keeps growing and only one calix (the thing were the pistols came out and the seed forms) grows its really weird, my first hypotesis was that my closet has a light leek and its interrupting the 12/12 and it started on vegetative state again but the other 2 are just fine growing every day. I have no clue what its happenig also as the plant keeps growing one calix keeps growing in each bud nodes. Some of the pistils are red already, also no tricomes are developing in the calix, I know this because I have a 60x magnify glass.

ligth: I have 2 42W Red spectrum CFL and 2 24W CFL Blue spectrum.

yeah man, that's kind of weird to say the least.. the fact that the other two are flowering so well, and the third one doesn't seem to be doing much of anything, i'd seriously just think about culling her at this point in time..
i know it sucks to kill a healthy plant, but from the looks of things, you could probably keep growing this thing until xmas time ad still not end up with any bud imvho..

I got them from the weed I buy. I live in mexico and I dont want to buy online because here in meixco is really dangerous to buy or own weed.

pure thai is a land race from thailand obviously, lol, and it's 100% sativa all on it's on if it's not crossed with anything, and pure thai's can flower for about 18 plus weeks or so... not for beginners, and not for the faint of heart..

yeah, idk, it's kind of hard to tell if something is pure sativa just from looking at it, but it does have slim leaves, and super far space nodes, which are sativa qualites, but you can never tell honestly..

well That was my hypotesis also that it was sativa but I would expect even a little little bud xD or growing slowly but well I have no experience with pure sativa I am going to keep it and trasplant it to a bigger pot and hope for the best. another idea I had is that maybe the plant is more sensitive to light leeks and maybe never entered the flower state but then again why the calix ?
