Yeah if you really want to be low key the gpens/cloud pen style are the way to go. thin and no glass. they actually make new ones with little glass holes to make sure youre getting a hit. palm of your had and thin. Good for on the go or in crowded places but the battery is only 275 or 350mAh which isnt enough for a long day and i havent seen any variable voltage ones.

Takin clones today for the outdoor plot. Couldnt get started with super soil soon enough so im thinkin vermifire to transplant into once i place them outside. Anyone have any suggestions for premixed soils thatre pretty hot so i wont have to feed too often? Might even do a mix with vermi and coco possibly for the first container and or the transplant to outdoors maybe straight vermifire. Gonna be the first time doin an actual "soil' grow in forever.

hahah going back to ya 'roots' eh lol wish i could even entertain the idea of an outdoor grow in northern uk... more chance on Mars!

so this is gonna sound really ignorant but what are those adjustable voltage whip things, just heats your Ti pad to whatever you set it at am I right? they worth the expense?

I like the fox farms ocean forest. It's actually a little too hot if you had a full line of nutes u wanted to run. I'm gonna probably switch to happy frog since it's lighter and then I can play with some more supplements.

Don youre talking about the enails right? Theyre basically just that a little heater coil that you can set to specific temps and adjust to your liking. Really became popular when dabbing became popular at HTCC and other conventions. A lot of indoor centers wont let you smoke but theyll let you vape and dabbing is technically vaping. After that everyone wanted them. Real nice if you have basically more than 1 person dabbing with you or for multiple hits over a shortish period of time. Some people keep them on all day. I wouldnt but id use it enough to leave it on for hours at a time.

Thats similar tothe one i had before but i got the straight tube for slightly less conspicuous smoking. Adjustable are just nice because if its just me and i want to blast a hit all in one go i can. But if its a couple people hittin it ill lower it so we all get a few nice hits.

Thats the thing i want to feed them as little as possible. Like i said supper soil would be the best but i didnt start early enough. Always heard ocean forest was hot so ill probably get that or vermi. Ever use it for comparison??

Ill just be too busy during the heat of the summer to get out there every few days to feed so i wanted a buffer of nutes in the soil.

You can run through a whole grow with just water if you like in ocean forest. Because I had mites early in my last grow I ended up using mostly water with maybe 2 doses of nectar and the usual 3 doses of avalanche near finish. This cherry pie was in that grow. It turned out amazing and when I run it again I'll push it with more nutes. But you can see fox farms alone can give great results especially considering cost and labor of nutes. image.jpg

DAMN that shit looks nasty! You think it would last an outdoor season though? June to september/october? Ill be adding nutes either way but if its that strong thatd be awesome! The guy at the hydro store said vermi would last me about a month or 2 depending on how big they were when i transplanted so if the FF would last longer id heavily consider that. Probably some bloom kaos and other nectar products here and there. I use snow storm ultra as my "additive"

I need that cherry pie! Ever find any random selfed seeds in it?? haha

The gpen fits that bill perfect. It's small, you have 2 so you could load them both if ya wanted, but for like when you're gonna be out a few hours and want to be able to have a session still.

yeah that's exactly what i was meaning. that's funny. no smoking but vape away guys!?! kinda like how the e cig things are now banned in pubs too lol.

Thats crazy i dont think theyre banned in the US but who knows really. Heard the FDA was goin after manufactureres of ecigs/ the ejuice. Mainly the ejuice. Not because its dangerous but because theyve probably had millions thrown at them from tobacco companies to convince them to say their are "undetermined side effects" and bullshit like that. I dont smoke the actual ecigs/ejuice but i support them as a "healthier" way to get your nicotine. Fuck the government. all governments.

i used to own one myself. but to be honest after seeing a few friends start smoking more nicotine with them and spending a fortune on fancy pants sonic screwdrivers i decided not to bother! and you know the tobacco companies are behind the banning fo sho!

i used to sell them at 10% over cost. And thank god i bought my liquid nicotine before all this bull shit..

Yeah ive been looking at a bunch of the mods online and thinking of ways to try to adapt them for the pens were using. Like if i could get one of those ceramic dishes in my pens thats made bigger so people can build their own coils to put in them with ceramic wicks i think it would be awesome! I dont smoke cigarettes but i love mods of all sorts
