Oh you're juts using their bagged coco? Not their nutes too? Next time I need coco (brick or back) I'll be getting Nutrifield. The other stuff I got brought in fugnus gnats! Nutrifield nutes are way cheaper than a lot (a local company for me too). Haven't seen many people use their nutrients though for any comparisons.

How many watts per lamp/plant?

1k per plant.
If you usa a cinnamon called SAIGON and spread a layer over the coco it actually burns the gnats as they try to dig back in the coco

I found that putting at least an inch of perlite ontop of your coco works great too. If your really having a problem, or live in an area where they are an issue, add some diatomous earth to the perlite and BOOM no fungus gnats ever again.

It has worked suprisingly well for me. The DE wlll definitely get rid of them rather quickly. It shreds them to peices when they try to fly in or out of the top of your soil-bad azz

When i had fungus Gnats, I used a product called Gnat Nix from Growstone. Its a top dressing that works like the sand, but stays put a little better. Worked like a charm!!
