Sure but its not pretty lol.
I only enjoy being around sincere people that i know have no agenda.
I hate the fake small talk ant trying to impress each other.
In general I get over stimulated around people than my brain spins long after the encounter.
Just knowing I have to interact with someone makes me anxious and that sets me up to be mean.

Just easier n more pleasant to avoid people.
Dont apply too much of me to your loved one as I dont function correctly.
I simply amputate things that bother me

Wait- I think you ARE the person I referenced in my OP. That's the EXACT same rationale he gives. It makes sense though. I hate phonies as well. Don't you find that the older you get the less tolerance you have for pretentious assholes? I've always had a lot of male friends for that reason. Usuallly guys are pretty straight forward. Unless, as my husband puts it you get the "SOOO, what do you do?" the minute you meet someone. (He absolutely hates that. Deal breaker for him. Point of no return.) I mean why not ask "Hey how much $ do you make?" Geez.

I love people but am incapable of BS, so I have very few close friends. Even fewer close women friends. :-/

seriously tho, you get to a certain age and people are just ….ugh!. I thought I'd never be jaded or cynical and for the most part I'm a happy very positive person. It's just that you look for similar traits in others and they either want to complain endlessly about their totally voluntary baggage or worse, blather on about themselves, only pausing to ask YOU in a superficial way so they can get that perfunctory question politely out of the way in order to turn the convo. back to them.

I still can't wake up early in the morning and be happy.

I have a long fuse but when its spent I blow the f up

I work with insanely smart people and I can't process things as fast as them
