No the esb is owned by the government they don't need to say that mate lol no breaking in needed their happy to help the garda n it's operation N that's the cause of all em grow houses being shut down were the small guys...you cant see us on a meter unless it's a smart one n even then 600 odd watts isn't gonna make anyone suspicious...for reals

Yah lol, I can reduce the 600W to 250". I actually don;t the 600W ballast, but had no money left to buy 250W, but soon I'll make the swap. I also have another trick in my sleeve ; I have a pin in my electric meter, so I can control the units

31 plants 250e fine...he's a rat simple as
