most likely the medium is too saturated, medium was allowed to get too dry, or the seeds are not viable. what medium are you using to sprout?

They look good so far... not all will sprout perfect.
yeah this is important to remember, some people kill a perfectly fine plant just cuz it dont look right and they thing somthing bad is happening, but they all look ok by flowering time.

Hmm, first your temps sound to high 70-80 is what i shoot for with no more than 10 degree swings in temps at night..

and sounds like your not ventilating the room so the air is probably sitting still and stagnant.. which will make it hotter.. air exchange would probably help if this is true..

Plants that small like high humidity as well. so thats another factor to consider...

I use a 600w HPS all the time veg and flower(seedlings sit in a dome with a 200w floro above em.. cus it works for me.. but if you dont have all this other stuff taken care of it can kill plants because it produces a ton of heat..especially in a stagnant closet or something.

thanks for the help with those 2 fans can you see how should put them for ventilation??

Well the fans are used to help build strength by simulating wind so just on the plants is fine it also keeps the air moving around the plants.. as they get older i tend to make sure fans are always running thru the undergrowth..

For ventilation you typically need something stronger like a centrifugal fan that will continuously replace the air in the closet..

Unfortunately with a closet grow you need to be creative in how you do it.. the goal is to suck all the air out of the room while constantly replacing it..

I have seen lots of closet grows that work tho.. you just need to try and meet all the plants environmental requirements as close as possible.. My first grow a long time ago My air exchange was a 400cfm centrifugal fan just pumping all the air into my attic (after going thru a carbon filter) using forced air induction thru holes in my makeshift grow area to replace the air.. now days i prefer to try to get fresh air from outside into my tent..
