Okay, this plant is around 90 days old and I've been thinking it's a female the whole time, I haven't been paying much attention to it, just watering every 4-5 days. I was watering it thismorning and realised that it's covered in seeds.. Now I don't know what to think, it is a female or what. I posted here about a month or two ago to see how they were doing and everyone who posted said they were females that had just begun flowering.

Where did all the leaves go?
I recently trimmed some leaves, there are still a fair few on there in the pictures

if it is full of seeds then it is either a female or hermie. either way it was a female and still is.
Don't males only produce seeds, and there are an awful lot of seeds in there. I read that a decent way to tell when to harvest is when the hairs start going from white to a red/brown aswell, on this plant just about 100% of the hairs are brown but theres no bud at all on the plant

No, males produce pollen that a female plants uses to produce seeds.

It self polinated itself or a local outdoor crop somewhere did. Either way, it's a female. It doesn't look like a hermie, otherwise it would have obvious male all over the place-a hermie has both male and female plants.

ANY plant will do this if you let it grow long enough or if you stress it enough. Sometimes high P or K can cause a plant to self polinate itself. Check every single inch of the plant for 'nanners' or what looks like a little bunch of bananas, if you see one it self pollinated itself.

It's budding now, lol. If it has seeds in it though it won't bud anymore. Once a plant is pollinated it puts all it's energy into seed production. Probably why it's 90 days old and so airy. If it wasn't pollinated you would have much much denser buds.

Well this plant has some issues, Quite small and females are producers of seeds, males are producers of pollen. Unless photo is deceiving, yield will be very poor. Typically a plant is ready when the trichomes begin to turn amber, You need a jewlers lope or an equivalent

So in short this particular plant will have little or no bud?

Short, long....yes. Sorry to be the bearer of bad news : /

That is why the quality of bud with seeds isn't on par with 'sensimila' or 'seedless' bud. Once the female plant is pollinated it starts putting all it's energy into making seeds.

ALL IS NOT LOST, though. The product will be smokable, not at it's full potential but it will get you high-it will even probably be better then others will have you believe. You could always cook with it or make BHO/wax with it(which is what I would do).

ya but i would still do what you can to salvage the pieces that are smokable and bc there are seeds doesnt mean its gonna be bad i ve smoked some nice headies that a few here and there but it sounds like there are more than just a few here or there but still could put out a bit of nice smoke

FYI any plant that is left to flower too long will try to self pollinate itself, or at least try to throw 'nanners' to do so. The plant looks really small and premature, but all the pistils look like they are receeding into the bud-usually a sign the plant is reaching it's end of maturity-although without a jewlers scope you'll never be able to tell if it's not ready or it went too long.

I grabbed two off before and there were seeds inside them
that blows........
oh well......some seeded pot. review your grow technique before you try this again. that plant has not been grown well, and you're lucky to get even some seeded bud off it.
