Best bet is to just let them finish in the pots they are in already. More than likely transplanting now can stun growth and flower production..just my 2 cents I been messing with autos for a few years now

up-potting is always beneficial. in a large pot, roots will leave 90% the soil untouched. roots will spread to the pot, then wind, leaving virgin soil in the center. up potting makes use of the center soil.

Its only been a week. Would it really be to late to transplant them? They're just tiny sprouts still.

Up potting? Are you saying wait until root wraps itself around the pot than plant in the ground or bigger pot? If I do transfer, which I want to for better yield, than I will be using same soil to help the shock. (If there is any)
