Not very loud at all actually. Mine is sitting on top of my tent cause I have really no where to mount it, but I would say its no louder than a fan on medium.

This is the battery I got. I just bought mine in an ecig store cause I wanted it with the new tank at the same time. Mine were getting old since its been almost a year since I quit reg cigs.
