I went to go see him and then I looked at his surroundings and I decided that I was just going to take him away from them people. He was free and they were shocked that I brought a cat carrier. He was terrified of the car ride home so I took off my shirt and put it in the cage with him.. One, so he would be comfortable with my scent and two so he could have a safe place away from the big world. Ever since he does things like:

The guy he is buying the place from is someone he worked with, super cool stoner dude.That's my buddy I was telling you all about with the cows n shit. Got a contract and a payment plan. On receipt of the last payment he is handing over the deed. It was only 40k for a two bedroom one and a half bath house and it sits on 5 wooded acres

Courthouse..look for houses that are abandoned or empty and locate the owner info. Lots of times the rent will either be dirt cheap on a really nice place, or they'll be open to a lease to own. That's how I found the house my kids grew up in. Beautiful stone house, 3 bedroom 2 bath, two living areas, eat in kitchen with separate laundry on 10+ acres. Rent...400 a month
it was commercial property but they couldn't sell back then (1992). It was a great house

This is mine. I bought a new battery for it.. I would actually recommend one that you can adjust the voltage.. It comes with a collar, the piece right where the batter connects to make it look more sleek, but I don't care about that and it makes it harder to get the battery off.
