Damn. Shouldn't have posted these without "zoomed out" pictures. I will take some normal pictures and update the thread in 6 hours...

all clear trichs ..... well the majority is
when they start to get cloudy for the most part start watching for amber
but you have to make a call by looking at multiple places on the plant
are these from the top , middle or bottom of the plant ?

The thing is that they've been on 12/12 for 9 weeks and 2 days now, but they doesn't seem to be finishing yet...

It's puzzling me. How much more to go?

I was wondering how to properly make sure the right timing by looking at trichomes.

I actually took samples from different places. Like 5 totally different places.

I guess I will need to analyze trichomes from as much different areas as possible to get the most accurate results?

How do you exactly do it?

Man Helmut, nice plants, love all your pix especially the trichomes. But. It looks like you have some time left my friend. Just as posted above, the plant as a whole is how you judge ripeness. By this I mean an overall look to the plant, the trichomes, the pistils, the color, just soo many things. Next time take the whole plant pics without the HPS on. The cola looks like it's gonna swell some more. I'm not sure but do I see a bunch of white pistils? I think so.

Your lookin good. Don't rush it.
Good luck

Yes, there are a bunch of white pistils indeed, but why are they taking so long? Could it be because of cold nights?
