it was always a credit.....if you look back at what I said... I never mentioned a refund...a credit is fine with me......just as long as they have some decent product for me to use said credit on....it's far from ideal but at this point I don't really care anymore. I made a mistake signing up with tweed and I'm done with them.
Hopefully my next lp experience is a much more fruitful venture for me. Coz so far this whole thing has been a cluster fuck...from what I can see new patients have extremely limited options....considering the fact that a lot of the better looking lp's ( in my opinion ) are now at full capacity and are putting people on waiting list for the fall
So you're plain ol beat? Because you want to do the one reasonable thing and take your mon..cre....errr....... the hell elsewhere?? Sounds like you'd prefer the money to me. I would be asking for it.
They really did send out pure crap. It was a hell of a statement. One that speaks to more than mere incompetence but flat out not giving a damn and not thinking very much of you either.
That's always the problem, when running that risk of being an early adopter. But it's not like you had much of a choice here in this "Free market", that doesn't even let you see what you're buying. It's all supposed to work on faith, trust in their labels, trust in their testing and their fake standards. From that, you tear the package open and this barf festers forth. It's fair to assume that it looked that way going in. They abused that trust, and knowingly took advantage of the tight spot their clients are placed in. Rather predatory. You shouldn't be punished for it.
