Seedling folded upwards

I planted seeds in soil Sunday May 8th and the seedling already came out the soil and it's first leaves are folding upwards and not out flat . Is there something wrong ? I've been watering every 2-3days..

How much light do you have on it? What soil did you use?

I used MG moisture control and I actually had it outside sunlight . I'm thinking it was to hot
