What's wrong with this plant?

I hope I attached the pic right.

Outdoor grow. Plant's about 5'10"
Leaves turning yellow after 3 days of trying 12/12.
Plant had been groing well until this but I notice another is strating to do the same.

Tried some iron. Originally planted in Miracle Grow garden soil. No problem for 2 months. Just fed it some 8-4-4 bat quano. Trying to fix.
It's just the new growth so far.

Help!!!

Why's that top wilted over? Over-watering maybe? Never seen that from simply going 12/12. I thought I was just gonna see "pale" yellow growth from the change in amount of light, but that's not the case here? Hmmm, I think I'd stop watering it if it's nice and wet, or water it, if it's super dry.

LOL! I was hoping one of you guys could tell me why.

It might be watering. But I haven't changed the routine. It's in a pot with drains.

I thought maybe iron deficiency.

It's distressing.

I thought it might be too. It was SOOOO sudden.

I dipped that node in an iron solution this morning. I can't tell if it's getting better or not. Used to work for azelaeas.

I also put some in the pot.
