How did you feel about giving them your social#? and did you report it on your taxes? haha
It's hard to believe some people after all their hard work let clubs shit on them so badly, especially people who know how to produce top shelf quality flowers. You just can't take it personally, maybe they are use to buying lower quality stuff and getting away with those prices because the growers aren't standing behind there hard work/ quality product. Just got to move on and take it else where until the better price is found.

It's about supply and demand.

Pardon me!!! Were the hell did you hear that lol. Its now mandatory sentences!!! And yes you better get a lawyer!! Jeezus were does this stuff come from lol? More than 5 plants minumum 6 months, 200 and more, 1 year, and I believe 500 is 2 years. Its gotten worse not better. Sooo back to thread.... One pound of real good stuff is $2000, 600 for 1/4 lb. Well thats what I would pay lol.

Seriously, mj possesion in itself is not considered a criminal offence anymore. It's when they can prove conspiracy is when you go to jail.
So no matter what, if you get popped in Canada, don't involve your buddies. If you do you'll get locked up.
The best thing to say and I always do, I found it.
Even the guy popped with the three story underground never got jail time. But he did recieve a lifetime ban on having electricity, in any province or territory.
It really all depends on how you are classified.
If you've got a cheese the price is usually $2k. If you are selling to whoever it can go up to $3.2k. As far as I'm concerned if people want it they can come get it. And they always do.

You can usually tell what kind of prices a club buys it for by seeing how much theyre selling it for. If they sell $60 eighths than they more than likely pay 3000 - 3200 for top shelf indoor (bag appeal,smell ,20% thc and above). The stuff that is being sold at $50 for an 8th is probably paying those vendors 26-2800

I prefer using certain term when disclosing such public statements about my intent to do something that is still deemed taboo by some people who could use such info to possibly persecute/ hold you accountable, but thanks for adding your constructive feedback! :clap:

Doesn't CA law state something somewhere about excess meds can only legally be "donated" to dispensaries....?

The part where you state you will then expect money in return, that rather invalidates the use of the term donate and quite clearly indicates that you are simply selling drugs.

In fact in my view it makes it worse than simply saying your selling weed to a dispensary, to me, the whole donate but pay me thing, it makes you sound like someone simply exploiting a system for personal gain. But then again, that's what mmj is about 99% of the time, getting rich. It's little different to big pharma really. Ah well.

ahh, I see, you're poking fun at my preference of measurements.... gotcha.... you see, americans are the ONLY people to use lbs and oz, I'm in the auto industry, EVERYTHING is METRIC, so poke fun if you want, but the entire WORLD actually is laughing at US about that. Soo, that's all good. I like a standard rule, not in just ONE country. Seriously, the ONLY country. Sell your OZs and LBs, and i'll GROW my kgs. Fair enough?

Seriously... Who here cares? Go police someone else's thread from using the incorrect terminology. These are all just your opinions. We all know the definition of donation. Obviously your just hear to critique my grammar and not provide anything constructive to this threads topic. Feel free to at any time! Maybe thats your style though. I didn't know this was a class in which I was being graded on my proper use of "donate" etc. Who cares what you think is worse when it comes to something so petty. Maybe you didn't go to college or maybe you did but that is how most money making endeavors operate. I know this guy who often shoots into thin air with his own personal assumptions and beliefs. Don't blame me for our capitalistic society I'm just trying to provide for myself and my family. You must have forgotten we live in a capitalistic society. Go whine to the dispensaries for their outrageous prices!

I live in CA near Ventura/LA region.

A while back I got a sample submission form from a local dispensary that has a list of info to fill out about the specific strain and grow etc that I will include. I was looking at weedmaps.com to see what local dispensaries are pricing their products.

I was thinking of asking for $900qp, or $3200lb…?
I figured they will try and negotiate the price down so those prices account for that assumption.
I think my absolute bottom would be $700/2800lb!

What has been your experience if you’ve been in similar shoes?

I also have 42g of bubble hash that I made using the sugar leaves. I combined the 75 micron yield with the 43 micron. I was hoping to get around $840 for it. How is the market for top shelf hash these days?

Growers get about 2500-3000 per pound 3k if the dispensary knows you have good genetics otherwise you'd probably get 2000 since you're not a "pro"

nah,see we have lotta old money here,and with that old money comes big nuts and stupidity..lawyers and drs will buy a half pound of kiefed old reject bud for 2k a halc pound,just cuz its nuggety,and they wanna impress their friends..so why send it a little east and get a few extra hundred,when you can sell it for 4k a lb,and its better than all the brick mersch around...sucks to be a "part time stoner"..when i pull out ths sick headies,everyone takes 2 tokes and starts nodding off...
its a racket out here.
