autoflower leafs turning yellow

Hey im new to all this, i have two autoflowers a couple of weeks old under a 600hps and the tips of the leafs are turning yellow and crispy, i dont know what to do.

Hi im just using tap water, biobizz all mix, the plants are about 2 weeks old, and havent been fed yet, i dont know how to upload pics from my phone

Well we can't really help if we can't see the problem

soil could be too rich or could be over watered
this is the way this works
describe your set up
soil , strain , temps, lighting, nutes, age, humidity,
and upload pics if possible
otherwise
