This may sound dumb but what are these light fixtures called and where can get some. Any help.?

Those are socket splitters and cfl bulbs. The reflectors, idk. The one in the back looks like a trash can lid lol.

Make sure you don't wire those with a flimsy lamp extention chord, you'll start a fire! Get a 12 gauge extention and 14 gauge electric wire. There's like 700W being used there.

Any more than 200-250w then you are better off with a Mh or led light cfl's got diminishing returns
