Broken Tap Root is it over?

I went to check on the seedlings today and one poked its way out the root did also. I being the idiot i am i poked the root so it will go back down and it broke. The seedling now has a root about 3mm long and I'm scared it won't make it I'm not having good luck at all with my first grow. Is there any hope for her?

Should i keep it in the soil or bring it back to the wet paper towel to see if the root gets longer?

I am overly excited for my first grow hopefully my other three pop.

Haha i get overly excited with all my grows, youll learn patience is one of the most important factors in growing. Let the plants do there thing, and dont kill em with love.

Breaking the tap root is usually a death sentence for a seedling.
